Once Upon A Child Overland Park

Unfortunately, I love shopping here for my 3 kids but I will never shop here again due to a lady that was extremely rude while I was picking up my clothes I brought in for a quote. I called yesterday and talked to a very nice employee, I asked in full detail what they expect when bringing in totes, 3 limit, never gave me a size. When I brought them in, all the ladies were very nice and very accepting of my 3 large totes, never saying they were too big. Today when I was picking up my totes and money the older lady was very rude saying “next time, please do not bring in these large of totes, too many clothes to go through and it takes too long” “oh and make sure you organize next time the infant clothes.” Yea, never again will you get my business on either end.nKatie Lynch

The people that work here are very rude and not very helpful. I have been here three times now, and I have had an unpleasant experience every time. They have a nice selection of clothes, but I would rather be in a place with better customer service. The Lee’s summit location is preferable for their customer service. Everyone is very nice and helpful at that location.

Don’t waste your time coming here. They will give you the most skimp amount of money back; even though you have mint condition items. You are better off selling on offer up. The staff is rude by the way too. Had the worst encounter with one of thw blonde girls working up front. She just starred at me and expected me to know everything although it was my first time there. Had the nastiest attitude. I’m so disappointed!!

Pleasantly surprised. Lots of clothing and other basics, very reasonably priced.

Great spot if you are shopping for little ones on a budget. I'll be back!
