Scrubs & Beyond

Rebecca was fantastic! She helped me pick a stethoscope and a blood pressure cuff and gave me wonderful information about each. She was also very helpful with trying on shoes. It made me feel very welcome and not like a bother since I’m so new in the nursing world. And while she was helping me with so much, she was also helping so many other customers and gave wonderful customer service to everyone who walked through the door! Absolutely phenomenal and I will definitely be back!

When I was in town I stopped in and nobody even acknowledged that I was in the store looking. There was only one employee in the store at the time that I was there. I had to help myself to the dressing rooms because she disappeared to what I assumed was the back room. I had to go get a different size when trying on scrubs that worked better for me as she was nowhere to be found. When I was done I took my items to the front counter and folded everything nicely so all she had to do was scan the tags. She finally graced herself about 5-10 minutes later. She then proceeded to unfold all the scrubs I had picked out and throw them in a bag like the were dirty laundry. The receipt said the cashier that checked me out was named Crystal so I’m assuming that was what her name was. I was not happy with my shopping experience at all.

The customer service is outstanding. I worked with Randi two different times and she was so helpful and friendly each time. And she even took the time to look at a few of my wedding pics. I am still on cloud 9, since it was just last Friday! Thanks Randi for being so sweet, helpful and patient with me!! Keep up the good work!

I enjoyed my experience. I was looking for affordable scrubs for my line of work. I came in and was greeted with excellent customer service. I felt important as a customer from the moment I walked in to the time I left. Thanks to these ladies I am now ready to start my new job. You will not be disappointed with this stores inventory and service.

Maridy was there today and super helpful with my exchange and purchase! We talked while looked around, got me signed up for rewards, and offered assistance with future orders! She was amazing and the store was neat and well put together!
