Beware!! The owner has terrible customer service. I have never been accused of stealing until visiting this store. There was no reason to accuse my friend and I. I tried on 2 pairs of pants, which I ended up buying one. I never even touched the pants the owner accused me of taking. She didn’t even listen to what I was trying to tell her. I regret even stepping foot into this store. I feel that she was discriminating my friend and I, because we are minorities.

If I could give it a 0 I would. My friend and I took a trip to Kansas City and decided to stop here to look for scrubs. When we first walked into the store the lady (Karen Bates) was super nice and helpful. We looked around and she told us about all the sales. After trying on 2 pairs of scrubs and purchasing 1 we left the store. Hours later this lady messaged my friend accusing her of stealing a purple pair of pants she never even tried on. This is unacceptable.

I agree. It is the only place I go for my scrubs. Karen makes my experience easy because she knows what will fit. Shopping is one of the last things I like to do on my day off. But Karen helps me get the job done.
