Just visited for a fitting appointment for a rental tuxedo for my wedding next fall.nHad an excellent experience with Kara, and am so excited for the big day!nEverything was just as I wanted, and plenty of good options for the styles I was looking for.nIt was very nice to see every one in the store wearing masks and adhering to social distancing standards as well.

Jacob and his team were super helpful. I walked in and didn’t know anything or where to start. They helped guide me through the process find a couple perfect suits and even got them tailored the same day since it was a bit of a rush to get them. Lifetime customer!!

The service in this store was very disappointing. The employee was unhelpful and ended up being very rude, rolling her eyes and sighing. I have never made a negative review, but this was ridiculous. We had been fitted for a suit rental months before a wedding, when we received the suit, the pants did not fit at all. We were told there was nothing they could do since the wedding was on Sunday. They shortened the pants, which did little to fix the problem. We even called another location that said they could check there inventory to see if they had other pants, but the employee at this store insisted that they did not. She was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Picked out the perfect set up so my girl wouldn't be mad I didn't coordinate with the rest of the group. ;)
