Ad on line said $69. No explanation of fees and why. Charged for having interest? Also was not impressed with the expertise of the preparer. A very nice lady but not confident in her ability. Ended up paying more in preparation fees than my refunds. In the past have paid $75. for tax preparation and received $350. to $450. in refunds. I am on a fixed income. Nothing in my recent financial history has changed. I am very disappointed in how my taxes were handled. Will not recommend to anyone.

Terrible business. They never filed a 2nd quarter 941 in 2018 and that took 8hrs of my time to fix. Now I paid them to do the payroll for my business. We closed the business in April, and now they say they don't have any information so they can not do my W-2s. Stay away! You have been warned!!!
