I needed to store my stuff with hardly any notice at all and StorageMart in Olathe did everything they could to make moving as easy as possible, including finding units with easy access from the elevator. Ray has been wonderful to work with and was so accommodating during a very stressful situation. There were a lot of moving parts to see this move accomplished, so he saw a lot of people involved before he ever met me and, with his help, getting everything into the facility was a pretty seamless process. I truly appreciate everything he’s done to assist me and providing over the top customer service. I feel totally secure knowing I’ve chosen this location and confident that Ray will do anything he can to assist me.
My wife and I had a excellent experience with StorageMart, in Olathe. Ray was fantastic to work with and gave us a great tour of the facilities. This storage facility is second to none, clean, secure, easy to access our storage unit and is accessible at just about any time we would need to drop or pick something up. This is the best storage facility I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. It is A+++
What a fantastic experience it been working with Ray at Storage Mart. Being a brand new facility I expected to be paying more than I would at older storage facilities. That is not what I found. I have a larger unit than I was considering at a Neighboring property and I am actually paying Less. I highly recommend giving Storagmart a chance to earn your business if you are in the market for a storage unit.
Excellent customer care, Ray was courteous and extremely helpful. The facility is impressive, along with the extra security access, the facility is clean and cheaper than many established outdoor storage providers.
This facility is soooo nice! It's super clean, and the process was quick and easy to get the right size unit we needed. Ray was very helpful, answered all my questions and showed me my options. I would highly recommend using this facility for storage needs.
