Decent place. You will be charged for something that is not totally insurance but feels something like an scam because of their corporate or company requirement that it is not required by state law. Expect an increase in rent after a few months or whenever they feel like it. Easy to setup and start storing your stuffs in storage. You will be added to a email list that will stuff your inbox full of garbage and other stuffs.

I worked with Jean Marie and she was the BEST! She is VERY detailed oriented, asked me proper questions about what I'm storing, gave me tips on storing and went through the contract thoroughly without having to read every single little detail. She knows what she's doing. I was in and out in no time! Great job Jean Marie!

This is a very nice and professional storage unit location. The manager, Jean Marie, is very nice and super attentive to the property. It is very clean and secured. I had 3 units and trailer parking there for a couple of years. I would definitely use them again in the future if the need arises and highly recommend this location.

Update: when I first got my units I was offered discounts in exchange for a 5 star review. Keep that in mind when looking for a good place to keep your belongings. Every time it rains water gets into my unit. The insurance does not cover “flood damage” even if it’s not a flood and you are required to replace the items and attach the receipts to show what you paid to have these things replaced. On my first claim i was only offered free rent no reembursement for damaged items. I was also told I should have had all of my stuff on top of crates. As if I were supposed to know ahead of time this place was trash. No storage recommendations were made to me at the time of purchase. I don’t work in the storage unit business I don’t know the best ways to store things in a state I barely know anything about. Maybe I’m wrong but I feel the company should make recommendations on loss prevention. I purchased water barriers that puff up when they come in contact with water that I placed along the front of my storage unit. I just recently discovered the water is not coming from the entrance to my unit. It is coming in two units down and overflowing into mine. My water barrier was dry but I have water damage from the front all the way to the back of my unit. So if you are thinking about renting a unit from here put your stuff on crates. If they don’t tell you someone should because the insurance for the unit is extra money for nothing. I would not recommend this location to anyone at all. And hopefully I can soon afford to get out of this nightmare myself.
