I can’t believe how lucky we were to find storage so close to home AND to find the best customer service on the planet! First of all I reserved a locker at the wrong location. With one quick after-hours call, Anne took care of me quickly and transferred locations for me. She was so kind, and reassured me I wasn’t the only call she’s ever had like mine.nnThen when I arrived at Storage-Mart on Dennis Ave in Olathe, I was greeted by Jack. Jack took great care of us. Being two women, we were a tad nervous about being out there in a rather secluded spot. Jack told us that there are cameras everywhere, and he would keep an eye on us during our visit. He did just that! We hired two men we did not know to help us unload the truck. Jack watched us and checked on us throughout our visit. We never felt the least bit concerned thanks to his presence.nnI couldn’t be happier with my choice to use Storage-Mart in Olathe.

Office staff was very helpful and the process of getting a unit was painless. They answered any questions I had and the location seems well maintained. Really happy with my experience.

I have yet to have any problems with this company. They are always there to answer any questions I may have. I feel safe with my belongings being stored in their facility. But most of all the customer service is outrageously curtious. Thank you storage mart!!!

The attendant who answered my call was especially bright and pleasant! She was helpful, very accommodating and made me feel very important to her job to assist me! I am very pleased with the Storage Mart!
