Added 10-1-19: Buyer beware: Request a price lock. Our monthly cost went from $144 to $170 after 3 months! We moved our stuff out. No lights in units. You can't get to your unit from 9pm to 6am.nOriginal review: Tina is helpful and friendly. The units are in a clean open environment and surrounded by security fence and a passcode protected gate. Access your unit 6am-9pm only. They use key cylinders, not padlocks. They offer accessories and require insurance on top of the rental fee. Our 10x16 is $133 mo, plus $11 insurance plus the one time cylinder cost$19.95 plus tax. 1st month on this size is$1. No contract required.

Always friendly when you need to work something out on a payment. They call you it there is any issues or if you behind and need to pay. They always call back if you leave a message.

I must say this location is the best location I have ever stored my items at. The reason is the amazing property manager Allison Webb. I relocated from South Carolina and she worked with me after having to move after a hurricane. I recommend this location because she truly is not just doing her job, she is going above and beyond as a kind, compassionate person. I wish I could rent 5 more units primarily because of her attitude. Thank you for not just being a great property manager but also a great person!!!!

I rented a Unit from Allison on Sunday 5/31/2020. She was the most kindest, helpful and very professional at helping me get into a unit 10 minutes prior to her closing for the day. I apologized that I was keeping her late past 5:00pm. She was so sweet and stayed to get me all set up, when most places would had said just come back Monday morning.
