There is no access to it really. There are two parking spots, they both might be no parking. Some people parked in it anyway. Below the falls is a huge smelly cesspool. Some people were fishing in it. It smells awful. Not a good place to play or swim, and you can't climb the falls. The falls are spilling off a small concrete dam.
Easy walk, lovely scenery.
