If you love a great sub this be yo place
Waiting over an hour, I'm 1 mile away. Still have not recieved order. Poor service and second time this has happened at this location
Much improved food even though founder kills animals for trophy sport.
Almost an hour and a half after placing my order online at 11:10 AM, I ended up just canceling the order at 12:25 PM and asking for refund. Not the first time this has happened with this location and that's why I declined the offered credit. Other times that I've ordered during 'peak' lunch times it's never taken this long. I could have walked there in 20 mins, ordered and walked back to work and it still wouldn't have taken as long. And I'd have time left on my lunch instead of wasting an entire hour waiting for my food to arrive. I get restaurants have challenges (especially with the issues we're facing regarding COVID19) but again, this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. Gave it several chances after a lot of delivery time problems but I think this will be the last time I order from this location. Plenty of other equally mediocre sandwich shops I can go to.
If employees are going to refuse to serve you if not wearing a mask they should follow suit also and not be having them hanging off their chins and around neck .nGood riddance way better places to eat .
