Service was fast and great. However I am sad they changed the type of pickles they use. That unfortunately ruined my whole sandwich, I was not expecting the change so it made a difference in my expectation.
So first time I went in a long time got a chicken bacon ranch it was terrible didn't even know what it was I doubt anyone else could, the guy didn't care when making it nor when I came back in no mask on either mind you took it off infront of me and other customers when they're enforced atm, anyway, when I went in I told them then this red head gal took care of it, made me a new sandwich (it was fantastic! Perfect!) She gave me a cookie and coupon, been going through a lot lately and she really made my day, kudos to her!! ud83dudc4fud83dude01
Put old cheese on my sandwich, wouldn't give refund. Small sandwiches as well. Clearly about the profit, not quality.
This location is SUPERIOR and is the only location I will go to from now on. Unfortunately I've had unfavorable experiences at two other locations recently and I was almost afraid to try another Goodcents. It was refreshing to finally get some great subs coupled with courteous and expedecious service. And It was so great to see employees working well together as a team. Good management for certain - and it shows! The other locations, the one on 151st/Mur-Len & the other on Pflumm/College, are awful after many tries and I advise you not to visit them.
Best sub place out there. Love eating here!!
