I usually order carryout. And whoever that the window is always very nice and helpful!
We just had an unbelievably bad experience with this location. We have used this store for several years now and no issues. Today we tried to order online & with the app & both were not working properly. So we called to order the same offer. The employee who answered the phone was not helpful, not friendly, and did not want to help us. This was a classic case of doing the right thing for the customer and this Pizza Hut missed the mark. We ordered from Papa Johns instead because of the lack of customer service.
Delivery orders are NEVER as ordered. Love pizza hut but cannot support this one anymore. Gave it 2 years and no improvement. No hut flavor EVER upon other issues. (Excuse the bite haha)
The environment has changed from a family place to generic run of the mill in and out pizza place.
