Terrible Walgreens , they close everyday from 1:30 to 2 and don’t notify the customers. It’s posted in small print but you would think they would say something to the patient .

While working in Kansas not knowing Kansas law would not let me transfer my prescription here which is asinine the pharmacist went out of his way to get it transferred to the nearest Walgreens in Missouri ... Much Thanks

Rude. Female manager said you can't split transactions between 2 cards. Unfortunately I didn't have enough money because I was double charged. So I had to do 2 separate transactions. Then was stared at like I was becoming annoying to them..will stick with the Walgreens by my house where I know my business is appreciated and the employees are polite.

Today spouse went to ask pharmacist a question regarding a prescription he picked up day prior. The pharmacist stated,”I don’t know & I’m not giving you your money back.” Reply, “ I wasn’t asking for money back just a question about medication.” Pharmacist, “Oh,” and walked away. Had used this location for years and as time goes forward the quality & knowledge decreases. Hope no one goes through same situation but if so I guess it’s time to make a change. Wish good health to all.

The wait time is terrible, customer service is horrible. You can wait in line as a blond and go gray before you ever get waited on. And dont ever call them, you will never get in. Mercy me.
