The whole process was super easy and convenient from scheduling an appointment online, to bringing in documentation, to filing and getting returns. I was super impressed with my experience. I have always done my own taxes, but with new jobs, moving, new baby, etc. I wanted to leave it up to a professional from here on out. Jon was able to have our 4 state and federal taxes done within an hour! Jon and Katy are super friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Jon for filing your taxes or any kind of tax preparation. He makes everything very clear and easy to understand. We will definitely continue using him for our taxes in the upcoming years! (even though we are yet moving again)

I have always done my own taxes. Last year was the first time that I decided to have someone else do it. He came highly recommended. I can definitely see why! Jon's wife was very friendly as she greeted me at the front desk and provided me with the paperwork I needed to fill out. They made it very easy and simple for me to provide all the information they needed to complete my taxes. Jon is always just an email away to help answer your questions. He believes that no question is a dumb question. Which I am very good at testing that theory. LOL! ud83dude02 His rates are very reasonable. I was surprised how quickly I received my tax return. You can instantly tell that he cares about his clients. And when it comes to money and personal records I feel at peace knowing that he is the one helping me. And I am very picky with who to trust. There is no doubt who is taking care of my taxes this year. If you decide to have Jon do your taxes, trust me, you will be thanking me.☺
