Centrair Electric

I believe this place is going out of business. They have not finished the job at our place. We were told that it would be 3 weeks for a part to come in. A couple of gentlemen came once the part came in but the electric is still not hooked up to the panels. This process started in late February- mid March. It is now June and we do not have active solar panels. We are getting a bill from our lender that will now double our electric payment. i have reached out multiple times to Sally, who is supposed to be the operations manager for San Antonio. She has yet to return my calls. i have called the corporate office in Las Vegas and their phones just keep ringing without any answers. I would avoid this place if i were you.

We signed up for an install in November 2016 and as of June 2017 it is still not complete. All of my emails have returned stating the address is not valid, and no one answers any of the three phone numbers I have for the company. We cannot recommend this company to anybody. PS, I am a real customer and not a plant from a rival solar company, as their salesman might claim.

Centrair did my install for solar. It was a smooth process and my panels look great. I was very happy with the job they did and I will be recommending them to friends and family!

They did a great job on my installation and were able to fit me in almost a month ahead of schedule! It took them two days to complete the job but that was a small price to pay to get it completed before the hot summer months start. They worked quickly and called me to communicate what they were planning to do. They were also mindful of my dog and cleaned up after themselves. The only frustration was that the city inspector showed up and said that the system wasn't ready to get approval. I don't know who's fault that was but it was resolved within a week.

Started the project, but backed out when they lost my solar panel order and would never keep me informed of their progress. Literally months went by with no contact. Now, a year later they are still holding me accountable for the order that was never completed. They have told several times I will get a refund, but have been waiting at least six months and I'm the one left with the $6000+ bill. Please, steer clear.
