Went to Fritz restaurant in the Hallmark visitors center. Half of our group received their order and the rest of our party watched us eat. They got their food 15 minutes after ours. Some of the order want not even correct after the wait. Management took one burger off our bill and didn't even apologize. I do not recommend this restaurant.
Great menu. Great staff. Cozy dining environment.
Great free place to visit especially when it's hot out. Plenty of history lessons of how the company was started and how it has changed over time, even a machine to make your own ribbon.
Loved touring the Hallmark Center!! I would recommend anyone come here. Great family place.❤ufe0f
