Missy was excellent and I received perfect costumer service. She explained everything thoroughly and was super sweet. The units are temperature controlled and there’s 24/7 surveillance to protect your items! 10/10 would recommend

I helped my brother move some stuff in and out of here a few times. I always felt it had a special quality about it. Like I could descend the elevator, traverse the labyrinths below and be faced with a heroic challenge, like fighting the Minotaur or meeting a city wizard. It is a magical place on the Kansas City urban landscape.
