Clean and organized space. However, the staff for several years has consistently been unkind and I typically feel unwelcome and like an inconvenience. To the point where I somewhat dread going in.

Everyone here is so friendly & wonderful! They’re so happy to assist you. I feel like they are friends, helping you pick your perfect outfits!

The store associates are fantastic (especially Madison). They are helpful and kind. If you become a Madewell insider, you receive free tailoring for the jeans. These are my favorite pair of jeans. The clothing is pricey but is worth the money.

Only go in if you look like the perfect Madewell model. If you look like you might not spend a lot of money you're likely to receive subpar service. Madewell more like oh well.

LOVE THIS STORE. The sale section is always great, the workers are so nice and helpful and the clothes are high quality. I have had my madewell jeans for 6 months and they still look brand new and retain their shape. Plus, if you are a student you get 15% off your order.
