Athleta - with Curbside Pickup

I was super impressed with the customer service at this location! The ladies were so friendly, making sure I had a dressing room started and then kept adding items to it for me. Sometimes I feel bad asking for help because I don’t want to bother anyone. These ladies were so attentive and helpful that they went above and beyond my expectations. I had a wonderful experience!

I came up to this store to pick up some masks I had ordered online. When I got there they had gotten the other colors in that I preferred. The salesperson was very friendly about exchanging my order even though she had to ho through refunding the order of the first set and reselling the second set. I saw several things in the stores that also interested me, but as a pretty frugal person, some of the prices (even on sale items) were a bit more than I would normally spend. Overall a great experience though. I would shop there again.

My husband and I went shopping here with our 4 young children and we could not have had a better experience. The employees were so friendly and helpful and very kind to our children. We were especially impressed with Avril who, when we returned the day after our original visit to exchange my leggings for a different size, not only took care of the exchange seamlessly, but even remembered our daughter’s birthday and went out of her way to find stickers for our kids! We will keep coming back to this location not just because of the quality of Athleta clothing, but because of the quality of customer service.

This store really needs to update their hours listed on the door. I got there on a Thursday night at 7:25 with the doors locked and their hours sticker saying they close at 9:00. Which naturally angered me. Apparently check the hours listed online because they seem to be the correct ones.
