“We met a Greek God today. He was wearing flip-flops.” This is all you want a preschool to be. Heck, it’s all you want school to be: interesting, enlightening, kind and respectful. Genuine passion—for engaging, for growing, for creating—is the absolute foundation for all your child's education to follow. Why wouldn’t you want that foundation to be built with strength and love? We picked Rhyme & Reason, out of all the KC schools, because it seemed exactly right. The classroom colorful and alive. The sister/teachers beyond committed. The days the perfect kid-sized balance of structured and surprising. Your preschooler will come home with thoughtful art, silly songs, and new knowledge about the world around them (including—just maybe—some insider info about the footwear of Greek Gods.) If you want your kiddo to start their school journey with an adoration for learning, bring them here. It will take them everywhere.

Our whole family loved our experience at Rhyme and Reason. I am so sad that we moved away and couldn't send our second child there as well. Ashley and Brittany are so creative and knowledgeable, my son came home excited and bubbling over with new information after every class. They have mastered the art of learning through play, and I am so happy my son experienced preschool with them!

This is the best preschool! We have been at Rhyme and Reason for 1.5 years now, and have never had one problem or concern. The teachers are passionate, caring, and educated - they are very devoted and we feel lucky to be a part of their school community. The lessons are diverse, inspiring and creative, and my son LOVES going to school. He has learned so much from them. The school is kept very clean and my son is hardly ever sick. Highly recommend!

I have recommended this wonderful school to every parent of a preschooler I know in the area. Brittany and Ashley instilled a love for school in my son that all children need. Their curriculum is top notch and their passion for teaching is evident everyday. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
