I had the largest storage garage I could rent. In reality I couldn't even fill it up enough to justify the monthly fee. The manager of my IStorage suggested a smaller unit at a better rental fee and he even assisted me with the dimensions so all my stuff would fit in the smaller unit. I hadn't been feeling well, I just got out of the hospital. The consideration and concern he showed me was beyond my expectation. It was an exceptional experience for me. Kind regards go out this manager.
We chose iStorage for the convenience of the location and availability of units meeting our needs. The property manager was great to work with and looked at other locations to ensure that we did not miss out on any promotions. We decided to stick with this location at a slightly higher price due to convenience but also due to our impression of the property manager. Definitely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend.
I could not have asked for a better experience from Scott. I reserved a unit online in a pinch during a move and he was able to accommodate me immediately, even though the facility office was closing for the evening. He was so helpful, and the facility itself is great and easy to access.
Customer service here is exceptional. The staff is very kind and friendly. They helped me get all that I needed for my storage unit. I would recommend to anyone looking for a safe and clean place to store their belongings.
It's a solid storage unit They have cameras everywhere which i like literally everywhere you turn there's a camera they are not playing no games plus the police is always acrossed the street to. Good prices so yeah
