Today I was traveling over 550 miles for work. I stopped in town for fuel and noticed my rear tire was low. I found Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center via google maps and saw they were going to close in a little over an hour. I made my way to the store and they were more than willing to get me in and check out my tire. It was only a leaking valve stem and they changed it out. The team at the store were very professional and cordial with all customers. I would highly recommend this business for your tire and oil change needs.
I was traveling home with a used truck I had just bought elsewhere and needed an oil change. They got me in right away with no prior notice other than calling ahead about 30 minutes before I was going to arrive. Did exactly what I needed and had me back on the road in under 45 minutes. Night and day difference from the Quick Lane crew down the road in Valley City, ND who couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge me when I walked into their empty lobby.
We were traveling through Jamestown and had a brake issue. They got our vehicle in right away and fixed it with a reasonable price and great customer service. I highly recommend them. Thanks!
The employees are exceptional as well as pleasant and courteous. I needed to have my car checked over to see if I may have a problem that could be serious and the staff got me in right away. I appreciated their assistance and helpfulness greatly!
I use this place all the time but this week my wife called in to get her vehicle in and once she got there she was not on the schedule and then I called in and got an appointment as well and I brought it up and they said I wasn't on the schedule either. I am disappointed that I took the time out of my schedule to get an appointment only to be turned away.
