Been using these folks as my main shop for several years. They routinely tell me a concern of mine is fine and doesn't need their repair/attention. When they do fix stuff its right, the first tine, and completed on time. Good work rates and also great selection of tires!
Very nice staff who got my car sorted very quickly! I appreciate their help in getting me back on the road.
Todd and the fellas at NW Tire have done good work for me and dealt honestly with me on multiple occasions for the 4 years I have been using them. They have advised me that current equipment will suffice instead of selling me stuff I don't really need and have corrected errors when they have occurred. Great place to do business with for tires, maintenance or major mechanic work!
The rubber smell gave me a headache.... Otherwise, good.
My experience has been hit or miss. Great tires, but had to redo some work on a tune-up. I didn't give them a chance to fix it so I can't say that they wouldn't have made it right for me, they may have. Either way that was an inconvenience and the inconvenience is the reason for the 3-star. I will do business with them again and at that point I will update this review.
