We found ourselves in a bit of a real estate snafu and called on Gary for a initial consultation to gage the severity of the issue. He returned our call promptly but more importantly, he spent the time to listen to our explanation of the situation without making us feel rushed. He asked some key questions and then was able to provide some insightful suggestions that were of great assistance. I hope to learn from our mistakes and not have to call upon a real estate attorney again but if I do, it will be Gary.
