I’ve been using fccu for almost 10 years now. Even though I’m currently living in New York, this bank has been extremely reliable. Everyone I’ve talked to over the phone has been very friendly, fast, and helpful! Never once had a bad experience with them!

Cashed a couple checks here from work so I haven’t formed much of an opinion about FCCU. The two tellers I’ve dealt with don’t have the best attitudes I hate to say. The bank overall is pretty decent & clean.
Have always banked at FCCU! I have had such good experiences whether just visiting with the tellers or going through an extensive loan process, they make it easy! Everyone I've worked with there is fantastic. Mona helps me with all of my business endeavors and she is WONDERFUL to work with!
Horrible customer service! Rude tellers, slow, and one of my deposits they put in someone else's account!!! Shut off my card for fraud when all purchases were ones made at those locations before in the town I live! Keep your money safe. Go somewhere else!
