I placed an order for a musical globe with a Siberian tiger. The shipment came promptly, however it was a bear instead of a tiger. Prompt doesn't make up for the wrong item. I will let you know if they rectify this quickly and easily.nupdate- I was sent the correct globe very speedily and was also given a label for return postage. However, it is very hard to get answers from customer service. No one EVER answers the phone you must always leave a message.
Ordered cheese plate - arrived in pieces and since the customer is responsible for return postage was not worth the return. Do not purchase from them on-line. Only if you can return to items to their store in person.
