Domino's Pizza

So we order a pizza, we waited over an hour before we tried to call and the phones were rolled and continued to go to voicemail. So we started to drive up there when we got a call saying from the delivery driver (Andrew) “uh im here” when we informed him of what was going on and that we are currently driving his response was very standoffish and a simple “well I had other deliveries I’m here now” so we told him to leave it in the front of our apartment leasing office and instructed where it was. We turned around and discovered that the pizza was no where to be found. Since they rolled phones we had to drive back up to the location and it was chaos! A man who I only assume was the manager but in no uniform was yelling at a lady in her face and VERY aggressive. The the man who “delivered” our pizza was dismissive and said he delivered it but that he guess he could make another one. When we asked about at least getting a refund for the delivery fee since we had to come pick it up he said no because he did deliver it and walked away. A new lady came in and helped us and was very kind to refund us and start to remake the pizza and said she would run it out to us in ten minutes. She then drove off with the man that was screaming at another women’s face and we were waiting outside for the pizza for 20 minutes..so we finally walked in to get it. The WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE AND UPPER MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING.

Ordered two pizza’s today and one was pepperoni and the other pineapple for my 2.5yo. Well I accidentally ordered two pepperoni on the app. I called the store and asked for another one and the guy (I think his name was Jason) was so nice and sent another out for free! It also came SUPER fast! In a time when things are so difficult and scary it’s nice to know people are kind and helpful. This put a smile on my face and my sons! Thank you for being awesome!

First and for most, they didn’t make my food right and it came extremely damaged. The delivery was like 15 minutes late. Then I get a call telling me to get dressed to get my food in my own house. Excuse me after you made my food wrong and were late you’re gonna call me telling me to get dressed when you see me for a minute. Don’t be so rude and disrespectful.

Literally worst experience I've had at this location and won't be going back. We ordered curbside delivery. Checked in online and via text. Turned on the hazards just like it was requested. Watch 3 different employees walk in and out of the store. Then seen one employee walk out to his car. And another customer had to yell at the kid through his car window. So they bring his pizza. While we are still waiting 20 mins later. So I called the store. They gave me the we had no idea you were here speech. He comes out to the car. And I said you literally walked out here and seen my car with the hazards on. He said ma'am I didn't know you were here for pizza. I said do you have a lot of people sit in your parking lot with hazards on who aren't ordering pizza. Especially when it's your protocol. He proceeds to tell me it's his first day at this location and he doesn't know the protocol at this store. I said I'm pretty sure it's the protocol at all locations. And I said okay well I've been here 20 mins already. Could you hurry up. I will just call management. He said well I don't really care and walked away from me. No I didn't get the kids name. All I can say is blone hair and glasses which doesn't help at all. But his customer service needs some serious work.

Placed order on the app, arrived at the store when the app said my order was ready. Upon arriving the man working had no knowledge of the order and said that it must have just “slipped through.” Had to sit for 20 minutes to get the wrong pizza and when I asked for them to remake it he said they were closing and this was the best I was gonna get. Awful experience!
