0 for 2 this week at eating out. Today was firehouse subs. 1st time I've ever been and probably last time. Arrived at 609. Ordered 627 and made it out the door with takeout at 645. We both ordered the pickle on the side and we get home and neither of us had them. Overall sub was okay. Thought it would be better...

I went to Firehouse Subs for the first time today. I got the turkey, bacon ranch sub. It was so, so good!!! I'm sad I hadn't found them sooner. I definitely recommend and will go back lots!

Yesterday, ordered a sub and chicken and dumpling soup. Upon checking my order, they gave me potato soup, which I thought was a minor mistake, so I didn’t mention anything. Today, I ordered a sub aNd attempted to order the chicken and dumpling soup again. Upon looking at my order, they gave me potato soup. Again. I take the soup back into the restaurant and tell them that I had ordered the chicken and dumpling, not the potato. I was then told that they don’t have chicken and dumpling soup. It is a clear option on their online ordering website, which I voiced to the employee and she said “we don’t control the website, that’s corporate”. She refunded me for the soup and that was the end of it. No “I’m sorry about that” or “we will work on getting that changed, our apologies”. Outcome was ok, could’ve been handled differently.

Firehouse subs are always great Italian subs. I have ordered from this location 10+ times and have only had one order messed up. The staff is friendly and quick with the orders. I would recommend this firehouse subs to everyone.

The food is very good. The service, particularly with regard to any online or app based orders, is severely lacking and they appear quite understaffed. Do yourself a favor, don’t even try to order online, you’ll just have to reorder when you get there anyways.nnUpdate: After finally getting the order and getting home with it, the sandwich that was supposed to be gluten free was not so we essentially waited for nearly an hour and a half (what should have been immediately ready as it was ordered online) for a sandwich that couldn’t even be eaten.
