Nordstrom Rack

I had a similar experience as another reviewer. I had bought some items before COVID and was planning to return them. When I tried returning them recently they said I was past the returnable date and they would not return them. I now have two pair of shoes I will never wear. Two weeks prior to this my husband had something altered. They did not get it correct which caused him several trips. He tried to use our alterations credit from our Nordstrom card which they said they could not redeem since he did not have the card on him. He brought the card back on one of his trips and for some reason they were still not able to redeem it and he paid full price for the alterations. We have been shopping for over 10 years at this store/location and have had nothing but amazing customer service until after COVID. Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful. I'm curious if there is new management. So disappointing.

Love to shop wherever I go. Here visiting KC and needed some long sleeve options. Weather was a bit chilly. Found some good deals and happy with the selections.

I’ve been here several times and it is my new favorite!! Retail therapy for sure!! The cashiers are wonderful especially Jesse r. Thank you for your help. This place is my go to place to get outfits for weddings and special occasions. I love fashion and I can always find something trendy!

Definitely not the customer service experience one would expect from Nordstroms. I placed an order online for a pair of sunglasses that I bought before realizing they made a large size frame that wasn't what I intended to buy. I had purchase them before work and ended up trying to cancel them the next day since I hadn't received a shipping notice, only to be told they wouldn't cancel the order and to dispute the charge with my bank. Otherwise, wait till they ship and then send them back wasting everyone's time and money, not to mention sending product through a bunch of people's hands during a pandemic when we could simply avoid it all together. Honestly, I'm still shocked at what a terrible response this was. Something like this really doesn't happen at other retailers. I can think of a couple off the top of my head that have stopped purchases for me this year alone. I've always been a huge fan of Nordstroms even though they are a higher priced department store. Supposedly, the customer service was what it was all about at one time or another. Either way they have apparently gone done hill badly since the good ol day's. I personally will never spend another dollar with this sheisty company. Dillard's has far superior customer service at this point in time.nFor all those not familiar, the company's policy is to cancel all orders within an hour of purchase if you would like to stop it from shipping 5 day's later. Yep
