We were at the Olathe Ross on December 5, 2020 at around 8:15 pm shopping in the isle where luggage and chargers for phones are located. My 10 year old niece was amusing herself by pushing the cart forward and backward like driving a car while waiting for us to shop in the same isle. When steering the cart backwards she accidentally bumped the door with her back and set off the alarm. It was really loud and she was very embarrassed. Two associates came over to shut the alarm off with a key. One of them rolled her eyes. My friend asked her why she was rolling her eyes at a 10 year old. The associate responded with why are you letting your kid run around the store and not watching her? I took offense to that because that is not what happened. My niece has started crying now. I ask the associate her name. She said she did not have to tell me that. I asked to speak to the store manager. She said she was the store manager. I asked for her name again. She said again she did not have to tell me that. She did not have a name tag on. I asked an Associate while leaving the store what the managers name was. I was told Bree but did not know a last name. This situation was handled incorrectly. If she is a store manager that is not someone you should have managing your store. She was very unprofessional and rude. She also bullied a 10 year old child. I called the next day to ask the store managers name. I was told Bree again. I asked for the district managers contact information. The employe asked me if I wanted to speak to Bree. I said sure. Bree put me on hold after I asked her for the district managers contact info. A different employee came back on the phone after 5 minutes. She told me there is not direct contact info for the district manager. That the number of their store was how to reach her. I asked when she was going to be in. I was told December 7, 2020. They could not give me a time. If she manages all the stores in the area why would that be the case? The names of the employees on the phone were Paola and Ashley.

Cheap name brand clothes everywhere.. Definitely looking forward to going back. Shoes, pets, home decor, and other things you can find here too.

The clothes are scarce and so are the shoes. Fitting room is closed so I'm not buying any clothes before I try it on and then have to come back and return if it doesn't fit. The quality and selection has definitely declined in the past year.

Incredibly slow. 1 cashier. 5 customers waiting with heaps of items in their carts.nShouldnt take longer to check out than it does to shop.
