Please be advised if you have to return a product that is defective not only will they not cover the return shipping they will not cover the original shipping cost. That seems to be pretty petty of them considering its thier defective product. I have purchased several items over the years. This is my first return. I guess now I know.

I stopped in the store on my way to visit family. I had my eye on a heavy bag stand and a heavy bag that I didn't want to ship. The lady who was working there was named Connie. Not only did she piece together all the items I needed. When the double end bag was out of stock they gave me a higher end version. And she also helped me wedge all the equipment in my small car. It was a great experience coming into the store. I did not think getting all the items and stuffing them in my car would be possible.

They haven't updated their retail store being closed since March. Drove from airport to this location to find them closed. Waste of time and all they had to do was change their hours on Google.
