I contacted 'customer service' and was told that in order to get that specific item I should have called in, but I could get the puctured item by returning the one that they mistakenly sent me at my shipping cost.nNice. Ordered shoes that started tearing apart within 2 weeks of tear... was told to return them (in which you have to pay for shipping)... only for them to return them back saying it was normal wear and tear! There is no way that a $150 pair of shoes starts to tear at thread unless they are made of extremely poor quality!
