Starbucks

The staff at this store are always super friendly! They do a fantastic job of making sure orders are correct, but even when they make the occasional error (we’re all human!) they are quick to make it right with kindness. I love the atmosphere here, and enjoy sitting in the lobby just to relax and enjoy my coffee.

Love their coffees and teas. The seasonal pumpkin flavor is great!

Drive thru is efficient but this isn't a great Starbucks for doing work or meeting with people inside.

They had a BOGO special I heard about from a family member and asked about the special when placing my order. After arriving at the window to pay was told that the special was only redeemable by the app. Way to only appeal to the younger generation. What about the not so tech savvy? Sad to say but totally ruined my outlook on starbucks the owner should really try out chick fil a. They know service even if it wasn't on this planet...

Every single time I come to this location I experience a lack of customer service. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a trenta, but received a tall. I was rushed to order, rushed to pay, and wasn’t even offered my receipt. As soon as I paid, they closed the window on me, so I won’t be going back.
