I was extremely pleased with the service. For some reason there was a mix up with the appointment. I scheduled it for September 2 and when I arrived there, they did not have me done. I was very upset because I had to get my taxes done that day due to legal issues. Well, they accommodated me, Jeff, Michael and Monica. I am going to bake them cookies and bring them to the store on Wednesday. Definitely went beyond the call of duty.

When I discussed with my colleague how much it was to get my taxes done, she as astonished. She offered to have her husband do them for me this year, but Donna had already completed them for me. Even though, I still could have not paid H&R Block and gone with my colleague and not paid a thing, it was the right thing to do, so I paid H&R Block and had my taxes sent in. Next year, I most likely, will not go back to them just because my life has become pretty basic over the past few years and I have very little to consider with regards to right-offs, etc. So I will learn to complete them myself moving forward. to save money. Also, my last name starts with an A and I have to pay personal property taxes in January, so another 300$ for my taxes kills me as a single mother. I can't do that twice in a row with daycare and taking care of my son. So, I will probably not be back next year. I love Donna, she's fabulous and has done such a good job for me over the past decade! Thanks so much!
