Despite the crazy uncertainty revolving around the pandemic, staff has always been absolutely amazing. Everyone is consistent in protecting everyone by wearing their masks &/or face shields w/o being reminded. My girls have been with Emler since 1/2019 & have grown in their love of the water and their swimming skills by leaps & bounds.nnJake, Erin, Holly, & Jordan are just the best! Calm, personable, customer service oriented, safety & family focused. Overall, a wonderful organization & team at the Leawood center.
I don't normally write reviews but we spent one year at Midwest Aquatics and got nothing out of it other than a weekly encounter to a disgusting facility! After one week at swim camp at Emler for both boys, they are swimming on their own and better than one year at Midwest! Midwest Aquatics makes the kids wear a 'bubble' and never let's them feel the way it feels to swim without a floatie! They drag the kids along to continue earning their monthly fee! It's TERRIBLE! Do not waste you money and come to emler instead. Signed a mom of 3 who is kicking herself for going to midwest aquatics for so long.
Um... they robbed us. They took our money, closed, and refused to return it.
Instructors are patient and know what they are doing. We have been coming here for 2 years. Our daughter started lessons when she was 4mo. And she is doing outstanding.
We had our kids birthday party at Leawood Emler School, and it went off without a hitch. Would highly recommend having a party here.
