Latest Design Painting

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!! We hired Latest Design to paint our entire second level. All of the trim, doors, baseboards and windows were the old 90's oak and now they are a beautiful white. What impressed me the most was the amount of prep that was done and attention to detail. Rafael and his team worked 7 days straight for 9+ hours/day (including Easter Sunday). We can't thank them enough!! We've already recommended Latest Design to friends and family.

I had all rooms with the exception of master bedroom that needed to be painted and two ceilings that needed work. Jose and his team were phenomenal. I had stripped wallpaper for all the walls and there was quite a bit of preparation work that needed to be done including taping, skim coating, sanding, priming & painting. One bedroom ceiling needed what we thought was just certain places repaired but they ended up having to scrape the entire ceiling, prime and respray popcorn coating. This took extra time but they were very professional in how they handled it. One entire living room wall and part of another had to be skim coated, sanded, primed and repainted as it was discovered previous owners had painted over wall paper which I did not discover when I was stripping the layer of wallpaper we had put up several years before. Once again, this took longer then they anticipated but they were very professional on how they handled it. The project manager, Mike Heene, was very patient with me with all my questions and Jose and his team were quite accommodating with my questions and concerns. In spite of all the additional work that was needed the entire team was amazing. They were on time everyday and even stayed over 12 hours one day to redo the living room walls. They cleaned up each day and were quite respectful of me and my belongings. The pricing was very competitive and reasonable. I can not say enough good things about Latest Design Painting. I would recommend them to anyone hands down!

We recently had our popcorn ceilings removed and replaced with knock down in our entire house. I could not believe what an enormous job it was. They were punctual, communicated well, and did a really nice job. I love my new ceilings! Thanks to Oscar and his team!

Latest Design is legitimately top notch! We had a pretty horrible experience with another contractor - trying to save a few bucks. It was actually really horrible. We are SO THANKFUL Latest Design fixed it for us. TRUST ME, you get what you pay for! It is worth it to pay experienced professionals from the get go! Latest Design is very experienced & professional. The results were far superior to any other painter we have ever hired!

After taking several bids for our project, Latest Design was the clear choice for us. A perfect balance of professionalism and affordability, I have been impressed with them every step of the way. The estimate laid everything out clearly and in detail, and Erek talked me through everything as well. He’s been so responsive and has been especially great about answering every small question I’ve had. The crew itself has been kind, friendly, respectful and meticulous. I’m so pleased with their work, and I am particularly impressed with the attention to details, especially when it comes to repair and patching. Rafael, who has handled the bulk of this, didn’t just patch our walls and ceilings, but took everything all the way back to the initial problem spot and fixed it, which will ensure the patching lasts. His textural matching made it appear as though the problems never existed.nnOn a personal note, I was extra pleased to have women on the crew. Both Maria and Erica are great at what they do. They were also all very friendly to my dogs, which is always a bonus in my book! I cannot recommend Latest Design highly enough!
