Pizza showed up soggy and luke warm after 1.5 hours and delivery driver didn't have change. Pretty sad all around but I learned my lesson.

Wish there was a negative star. Very bad experience today. Ordered two pizza, went in picked up and at home I noticed one of the order was with other persons name and took it back to return it but the person who worked there went blasting at me. He was impatient, rude in asking what I ordered and what was missing, I was furious and I just left the store without taking replacement order and left the incorrect order on the front desk. He said it would would take 10 minutes to get the correct order done and he was slamming things and restless while communicating so it wasn’t even worth waiting for 10 mins, left the store.nnHe asked me to identify the pizza I ordered and I told him what I ordered and he raised his voice back again saying he makes 200 pizzas a day and I need to identify what pizza I ordered while he was so working. If he makes 200 pizzas a day how can he remember all 200 pizzas just by telling him what topping it has, no other people order same kind of toppings out of 200 pizzas he made?nnI just hate when people double down on their mistakes without being polite. Mistakes do happen, that’s why I went back and explained with smiling face because I do want to upset them.nnIf there guys are over worked, they need break. I know it’s challenging times but it can’t be an excuse.

Change for fourty bucks on a 26 dollar order was 3 dollars and change. Just make it right but the dude refused to be decent. What a joke this place is. Don't trust them at all. Won't make it right.

For the food, I give it an automatic five stars. Forget Papa John's or Pizza Hut, this is my favorite pizza place. My usual order is a regular pizza with cinnamon twists, and let me tell you THEY. ARE. THE. BEST. The pizza's crust is nice and chewy but crispy on the outside, with just the perfect amount of sauce and cheese. The cinnamon twists are so crisp and flavorful, unlike the sticks at the Hut. The sweet creamy icing tops it all off. I almost always do delivery, and the guys that bring my food are friendly and nice. Definitely go order right now!
