Pottery Barn Kids

I walked in here with my husband with every intention of buying nursery furniture. However, the two ladies working never said hello or asked if we needed help. We walked through the whole store, sat in nursing chairs, looked intently at cribs and not either of the two associates said anything to us. If the store were busy, I could see where mustering a hello to every customer would be challenging, but being the only customers in the store that is completely unacceptable. I’m happy to take our business elsewhere and encourage my pregnant friends that were considering going to this store to do the same.

Had great help and great experience at Pottery Barn Kids. They placed an order for me online for my granddaughter. Went over to Pottery Barn and no body even looked at me, I had to walk up to them and ask a question, it was met with a why are you bothering answer!

The ladies were super nice and helpful when we were shopping for a crib. Just an FYI, not necessarily a good or a bad but if they don't have an item in stock, they literally just go on their own website and buy it with your card for you and you end up paying for shipping to the store.

I went in yesterday to grab some extras for my son's Easter basket and see what other goodies I could find. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged in any way. So I picked up my items and headed to the register anyway. A woman butted in front of me in line - again - I was not acknowledged. I put my stuff down and left. I know a lot of people have said great things about this location but as for myself I thought they were very rude.

Waiting to get ringed took 15 minutes while one of the assistance were walking around. Refused give gift receipt for purchase and M***y Jo refused to gift wrap products I purchased. Very difficult to work with and assistants are not capable of using their checkout system. Very difficult to work with and won’t be coming back to this store even though i live a street across from them. Two stars for one of the assistance wrapping the gifts as we were walking out the store.
