The employees are super rude, which is a shame because the clothes are really good quality. Honestly, just go to Nordstrom Rack and buy Madewell there or buy online.

Classic jeans, tops & sweaters with occasional splash of extra style thrown in. Overall, very pricey for basic looks which could be found elsewhere. But I still like it.

Such a wonderful and helpful staff! I came in with my son and he was a mess while I tried clothes on but they were so understanding and helpful. Later I realized I left an earring in the dressing room and they mailed it to me no problem!

Madewell jeans are the best, but I was blown away by the customer service at this location. I was looking for a specific wash in a tall size that was apparently back ordered. One of their team members, Emma, went to great lengths to help me find what I was looking for. She called multiple stores and found exactly the pair I was looking for and had them expedite them to me! Can’t say enough great things about this location.
