I am an avid false lash wearer. I bought some lashes that just weren't made correctly. They sat so awkwardly. So, I went to return them, and they would not help. I COMPLETELY understand that they cannot resale them after they have been worn, but my $ shouldn't just be wasted. They should refund and stand by their 100% satisfaction policy.

The service is amazing way better then in JC Penney's

First time customer and I told the nice lady I wanted clean makeup with no coconut product. After 4 items and $100 later, I go to my car to put my new stuff on but it's not clean makeup and there is coconut oil in each piece I bought. Went back in to explain what happened and nice lady tried to help me again. I walked out with nothing.
