Who’s the smart guy that decided to close at 5PM when it says it closes at 7PM online. Most businesses have gotten smarter with being more convenient for customers during this pandemic. This store isn’t one of them. I’ve been waiting to return these pants (they were so tight, I don’t think my 4 year old daughter could even fit in them) for a month and a half and drove all the way over there to see it so it was closed. Saw many other people coming up to the store confused with it being closed in the span of just a few minutes.

The manager (Kelley I think his name was) handled my difficult exchange with excellent professionalism and service. He went above and beyond. Thank You!

As soon as you walk in, the staff are ready to assist you and ask how they can be of help. The Asian lady is awesome, she helps, gives suggestions and take you at the register so you are not waiting to check out.

Love this place.

Today I walked in and was greeted warmly and promptly. I even was complimented on a shirt I was wearing. The store was neat and clean and all items hung up neatly (even sale items). The Sales team was attentive but not pushy or 'hovering' - cashiers were quick to respond and most importantly, thanked me for my business. I've been coming to your store more due to the poor service I've been receiving from some of your 'neighbors'. I hope you keep up the good work. I'm a tough customer and today you actually gave me a 'wow' factor.
