Coldwater Creek

I love Coldwater Creek!! Has Beautiful Classic clothing...some says it is older clientele..but there is something for every mature woman!!

I liked the 1st and 2nd time I went to Coldwater Creek in Leawood. The staff was awesome. The 3rd time the Manager was stuffy...couldn't really relate to her. I wasn't dressed upscale (had on jeans... t-shirt because I had been working in the yard) and felt judged because of my appearance. Sad... I still bought the clothes because I love Coldwater Creek clothes. Quality is good..The person waiting on me remembered me since I was the last one in the store and waited patiently the last time. Hopefully, when I go back, she won't be there..

Coldwater Creek has the worst, most unhelpful, clunkiest website I have ever experienced. I began using it a few weeks ago. It was bad but I thought I would get used to using it. For crying out loud, as much as you charge for clothing, I would think you could hire a competent IT person to update your website. I have attempted to place an order three times today. Good grief.

They do not pay their suppliers of goods. Buyers beware, they’re an unethical company. A friend is an artisan, and they still haven’t paid her for her goods though their items are on the website for sale!!!

Everyone is so friendly and ready to give suggestions of various clothes items.
