Friendliest people ever. Have had to call a few times and theyve always been incredibly pleasant. would recommend! Keith helped me today and i cant recall the other 2 but so nice.

HBH website had a coupon offer for $8 off a bone in ham if picked up by 11/22. We reserved our ham and scheduled pick up for today to save a little money. HBH has been the holiday main course for 20+ years. When my husband went to pick up our ham, he was told that he could not use the coupon offer in conjunction with a gift card. The gift card was purchased at a HBH location, using either cash or credit. How is it that I can use a credit card with the coupon but not a gift card? Business are charged Credit/debit card transaction fees on guest purchases. You would think they would want to save the business some money and avoid those fees by using the gift card, and return the favor by saving me a little money too. This is bad business and not a company I want to do business with again.

What a great store! Love the honey baked ham so went and picked one up today. I also needed some ham bones to make some ham and bean soup. Adam helped me and what great service! You will never regret going to this store. Thanks Adam!

This review is for 11-25-2020 service only. Service today was very strange. I had pre-paid for myorder 2 weeks ago and had a scheduled pick up time. When we arrived, they had a total of 4 lines. 3 for reservations (you reserved but did not pay) and walk-ins, and ONE line for pre-paid orders. This made no sense, because Honeybaked urges you to do the pre-paid option because it allows for FASTER CHECKOUT. It says it right there on the website. I was in line for about 30 minutes, where as the people who just walked up without a reservation or pre-paid order, were in and out in less than 10-15 minutes. The food is always awesome, but they should re-evaluate their setup for for pickup the DAY BEFORE A HOLIDAY. The pre-paid option is kind of a bait & switch and false advertising, since it definitely isn't faster.

First time trying anything from this place and decided to stop for lunch. John was very friendly and helpful recommending sandwhiches, it's a bit pricey but good quality items usually are. The honey mustard spread is amazing. I will definitely have to come back and try other things.
