A very polite staff with an abundance in coffee creations, and a series of sweet treats too!

Great coffee selection, seasonal flavors and assortment of baked goods, all really good, staff was good, witty and courteous even when crazy busy. Will be back again frequently.

Free smells. All the drinks were great. Paper straws can cause issues though. Perhaps have your own reusable one.

I'm a bit confused how the reviews are so glowing. The quality of the brew is the worst my wife and I have had. It's literally coffee water. We ordered multiple specials, such as the Brookside Bob, Crunched for Time and Flavored Lattee. There is no flavor at all to any of these. Did we just get a bad brew? This is the second time we've ordered and swore it off when our Cafe au Lait tasted bland as well. Something is not right because the reviews seem to be loving the place. We are avid coffee drinkers too and have tried all the places in the OP area, so I know it's not our taste buds! We've tried in-person and through delivery (Grubhub), so again, no idea. The hot chocolate was good...although it tasted like Swiss Miss :) . Sorry for the negative review - we're just bewildered on it all!

Fantastic drinks and a nice, cozy place to hang out. I don't drink coffee so I've only had tea and hot cocoa from here, but everything I've tried has been excellent. Their choices of pastries and snack items have also been great. It's usually busy but I've always been able to find a table.nStaff has always been friendly. I really enjoy coming here.
