Arrive just before an hour before close tried to go through drive thru and no one answered three dudes inside the store congregated talking. Didn't see a head set on so. Idk if they were closed but Google said they closed at 10 drove by around 9:10.

Initially tried to order online, it wouldn't allow me to select a pay with cash option for delivery. So I called, I was originally hung up on and I proceeded to call back and a VERY VERY professional young gentleman took my order. I believe his name was Izzy, he was very apologetic over something he didn't even do. He took my order at 11:21AM and my food was here by 11:27AM.nnFreaky fast delivery with a employee with potential for future management with how he handled the situation. Thank you Izzy, or to the guy that delivered to me if that isn't your name. I'm just going off the receipt!

There was only one person in the store, all the doors were locked so I tried the DT. The guy I could hardly hear, he forgot the extra meat and guac spread. I tried calling 3 times afterwards and never got an answer so I drive back to find it shut down at 830pm. I was only in town for the weekend so I let it slide but this was the absolute worst looking JJs I've been to and the worst experience I've had with the company. Had all good experiences at any other one I've been to.(owner, your link didn't work)

The last 3 times I have tried to go here past 9 pm there was literally noone working in the restaurant. Last time I went I saw the dude get in his car and drive away when he saw me pull up. It says on the website that they close at 10. Get there by 8 or you wont get a sandwich. If you own this place look at your cameras and fire your late staff because they are costing you money.

Our office orders from here on a regular basis for delivery. Several weeks ago they forgot to include the chips that were ordered. I called immediately about it and was told they would correct it. I said no problem and asked if we could just add to our next order - didn't want to waste time for another driver to bring it out. Was told no problem that they would add it next time. Was told to call when we place the order and they would handle it that way. I called today and told them I was placing the order but was told we had to come in the store to get the chips. WHAT??? This wasn't our error it was a delivery error and I shouldn't have to drive to your store for your error. Was told to bad that we had to do it that way. Won't be doing business with this location again. Way to go with your customer service - NOT!!!!!
