This pizza is delicious unfortunately the customer service is enough that we won't be eating here any more. After waiting an hour and a half for our food, I see our order is cancelled. Tried speaking to the manager. Justin?? Waste of time. Really just wanted to get the good we ordered. Instead got the run around and sub-par customer. I do not recommend you ever wasting your time dealing with this location.
Ordered the Hot Honey pizza yesterday. Hands down the best pizza I've had in a very long time!! Cooked perfectly, flavors exceptional, and delivered fast!! Good job Sarpino's!!
Food tastes good. But BBQ wings were Very burnt and pizza was over done as well. pizza was a lot smaller than expected. And a pound of wings seemed like it would be more than 8 wings so they should put actual amounts of wings on their menu not weights. Will not be coming back due to pricing WAY too high for what we ordered and the amount as well of sizing of things. Spent 40 bucks on 3 small items.
The pizza and breadsticks are good but it took an hour and fifteen minutes to receive my order, which seems like a long time to me especially at 11:30 on a Monday. Unfortunately my food was also cold when it arrived. A little disappointing for $55.
Everything is always fresh and delicious. The only place I go for pizza in Shawnee.
