Pray you never need an attorney but if you do, fight like hell to retain Kate. She is a bulldog and she believes in standing up for the little guy. Kate is absolutely brilliant and I have her on speed dial in case there is ever a second time I need her. Kate pointed out that we’ve been arguing the wrong issues for years, although we didn’t get the results we’d wanted , we are still in the process with legitimate issues.nShe is The only lawyer in 14 years who has ever returned money , she kept meticulous records and only charged us for what she did!nHer eyes saw things others didn’t and she has integrity , which can be very rare, and didn’t take advantage of the money side of it.nSincerelynMaggie

Ms. Zigtema fought for our son's freedom after several mistakes were made in the hearings before being sentenced, She saw the illegal aspects, and truthfully fought hard for him based on the law. However, he was never given a fair trial because he had been a prior police officer and he was being used as an example. I have given her name to some people who also have not been given a fair trial. I truly believe she did what she could to give him a chance based off of truth and how the judicial system doesn't always play fair.
