Kevin was not only responsive, but incredibly compassionate regarding my personal situation. I was conflicted, anxious, and desperately needed validation and support from someone with more legal experience than myself. I was referred to Kevin and it couldn't have been a better recommendation. After months of frustration it was difficult to articulate what I really needed, but Kevin asked the right questions and I was able to give him the information he needed. I was referred to Kevin Bennett after a car accident in January 2019. On my first visit he treated me with so much compassion, it felt like he had known me for a while. Kevin and his staff kept in constant contact with me, addressing all my questions and concerns immediately. His first concern was to ensure that I was ok physically and mentally. I have worked in the legal field for 15 plus years and have never seen an attorney show genuine care and concern over a client. At the end of my recovery, he managed to settle my claim for a lot more than I imagined I would receive. The settlement literally changed my life, and I don't feel I would have gotten the same care and settlement with any other attorney. I was in the Army National Guard and lost a lot of benefits due to the accident. Kevin helped break down my loss in the settlement demand, that it was accepted only 9 days after he sent the demand letter.
