Love this store. The fact that staff is helpful and doesn't make us feel like we're stealing is great. Comfortable place to shop, just awesome.

The selection of party ideas and favors and such are amazing. I love this place.

You would think a party store would have their act together the week before Halloween but...no. I ordered a costume online, opting for in store pickup. My credit card was charged, pending. Their website claims your order will be ready in two hours. Six hours later I called to see if my order was ready and, after being on hold for 15 minutes, was told my order would be ready in an hour. Went an hour later and after waiting another 15 minutes was told my items were not available. Now I have to pay expedited shipping from another site to get what I want. C'mon Party City...Halloween is your Super Bowl! Get it together!

I purchased (8) latex balloons and (1) Mylar balloon on 6/28/20 and (1) of the (8) latex balloons popped as soon as I got to the car and less than 24hrs later the remaining (7) latex balloons are all on the floor. Never will I purchase from this store again, I waisted $16.xx (including a balloon weight). What a way to celebrate my daughter’s 19th birthday on 6/29/20. Not sure what kind of helium tank you all use but it is trash.... my balloons should not be on the floor!!
